Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely. From the US to the UK to Bali—we’ve got you covered.
Where do you ship from?
Most of our orders ship directly from our warehouse partners overseas, primarily in Asia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure—but you’ve gotta be fast. Requests must come in within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s locked in. You can still return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), plus PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Expect it to be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the order date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship fast, but due to high demand and global logistics, orders can take 2–4 weeks to arrive. We’ll send tracking info so you can keep tabs.
What if I don't receive my order?
No stress—if it hasn’t shown up within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Possibly, depending on your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Send us an email with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll make it right—fast.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we get your return or cancellation. It’ll go back to your original payment method.
